Justiça ordena que Séculus Consultoria comprove pesquisa eleitoral realizada em Coribe

A Justiça ordenou que a empresa Séculus Consultoria e Assessoria Ltda – ME apresente ao PPB (Partido Progressista Brasileiro) toda a documentação relativa a pesquisa eleitoral, supostamente realizada no Município de Coribe, veiculada no dia 15/06/2020 no site Bahia Notícias.

Segundo dados divulgados pelo site Bahia Notícias, a citada pesquisa teria sido realizada nos dias 08 e 09 de junho, ouvindo 460 pessoas na sede e nos povoados de Ranchinho, Vila Nova, Descoberto e Colônia do Formoso, tendo apontado o pré-candidato Dr. Murillo à frente de Derval Barbosa (Vazim).

No entanto, os apoiadores de ambos os grupos se manifestaram em várias postagens realizadas nas redes sociais declarando não ter participado e que não souberam de nenhuma pesquisa eleitoral efetuada nos locais citados em pesquisa eleitoral divulgada pelo site.

Suspeitando de irregularidade na pesquisa, o PPB ingressou com a ação judicial nº 0600009-76.2020.6.05.0061, pedindo informações e documentos que comprovassem a veracidade da pesquisa, tais como identificação dos entrevistadores, planilhas individuais, mapas ou equivalentes.

A justiça eleitoral foi favorável ao partido e determinou que a empresa Séculus apresente todos os documentos comprobatórios ao PPB, tendo apresentado apenas parcialmente, estando ainda pendente de comprovar informações relevantes ao deslinde do processo.
